    I like the exterior (tried to find it on Google’s aerial view but failed), but not a fan of some tiles in the house (the B&W marble in the sitting-room and tile in the dining-room), but i like the one in the hall, love the tall ceilings, the stained glass panels…

    I was about to say that the property tax is quite expensive (2810€/yr) but the house offers 380m2 of inhabitable surface, so that’s twice the average surface of a French house. But still, a bit expensive… The town’s castle is also for sale and the tax is half of this one:

    Don’t forget to check the wonderful medieval town of Carcassonne, which is the main town around about 30min drive. Carcassonne’s heart is a fortified city only accessible by foot, it is incredible:
