    Lovely little place. Right on the Channel it is! I guess they don’t have hurricanes but it seems a big storm would definitely make an impression. But the house feels cozy and comfortable. I’d remove the green carpet and let hardwood shine but really a nice place.

    I agree Jo Ann, that a big storm would be up close and personal. Without the carpet I think that the hardwood floors would make it even more cozy. But place, nicely decorated.

    Oh Kelly, that’s the cutest place you’ve EVER listed! I want it! Guess the prevailing real estate prices on Wight are above my touch, however. The cottage is a thousand feet of coziness, right on the water, perfecto. The bathrooms are especially nice, and the green & colorful balcony garden. What a great place to spend a summer!

    I live in Lee on the Solent which looks directly across the Solent at the IOW. It is literally the land that time forgot. The ferry or hovercraft over costs a small fortune. Beautiful place for a quiet holiday.
