The sheer history inhabiting every inch of this house is stunning. You’d inhale with every breath, what joy. Photos of the stairs, the rafters and beams almost give me chills.

It’s apparently between Baugé-en-Anjou and Noyant (east of Beaugé) as i found another listing locating it in Noyant. I have a hard time understanding who could live in such a place in such a run-down condition. Was it really used for living? There is so much work to be done to make it livable. If these buildings need new slate roofs (and insulation), that’s gonna cost a lot. On our tiny house it cost us 10k€ (click on my name to go to my Instagram to see it). Imagine on these buildings.

This is a nice area in the Loire Valley. Lots of historical towns, lots of mansion-grade properties (chateaux) scattered in the countryside. I’m just dying over each one here for instance: https://www.bellesdemeures.com/recherche?ci=490018,490007,490328&idtypebien=13&tri=Selection&idtt=2

This is close to a wine producing area. Reds (dry and even bubbly!), whites (sweet, dry and bubbly), rosés, each possible kind of wine.
